Supporting Local: Happy Days Sponsors Taradale AFC Div 2 Women

We’re happy to share that Happy Days Childcare is continuing its support of the Taradale Association Football Club Division 2 Women’s Team in 2025. ⚽️

This sponsorship is close to home for us. Centre owner Meagan Frewin can often be found on the sidelines. On Saturdays she’s cheering for her husband Neil, and on Sundays she’s there to support the Div 2 ladies and her daughter. It's a joy to be part of a community where sport, whānau, and connection come together.

At Happy Days, one of our centre priorities is hauora. Hauora means wellbeing in its fullest sense. We care about the physical, emotional, mental, and social health of every child and their whānau. Supporting a local sports team is one of the ways we can contribute to this broader vision of wellbeing.

We believe in showing up for our community. Our centre sits beside the open spaces of Taradale Park, and we’re proud to be part of a neighbourhood that values both care and connection. The Div 2 team reflects that spirit, and we’re proud to support them in a small way.

You might even spot a few Happy Days tamariki kicking a ball around on the field. One day, they might be the ones wearing the team jersey.

To the Div 2 Women’s Team, we’re wishing you a great season ahead. We’ll be cheering you on.
